Get Started On Your Home Buyers 50% Rebate

Registration

  • Sign up so that we can connect you to a licensed network real estate agent.  They will email or fax you a buyer's agent agreement.
  • The buyer's agent agreement must be completed, signed and faxed to receiver your 50% home buyer's rebate.
  • Our program is designed so that all documents, questions, offers, and counteroffers can easily be conducted from your computer, phone, or fax.
  • Remember that when viewing a home and speaking with the selling agent, you need to let them know that you are working with your assigned network real estate agent.  It is the only way to be able to receive the rebate from your real estate agent's commission.

Qualify for 50% Rebate

  • We provide rebates to buyers purchasing homes in excess of $200,000.  It is important that you are pre-qualified with a lender and are ready to view homes and submit offers on potential homes that you have researched.
  • Our network of licensed real estate agents are full service and are providing their services at a discount on the assumption that you are ready to view homes make offers and are prepared to close.

Searching

  • Search MLS listings online at Realtor.com (the country's largest national MLS real estate Website) to find potential homes you're interested in buying.
  • Your online search may include other information related to the home you want to buy such as comparable sales history, tax information, school locations, mapping directions, and other neighborhood amenities.  Realtor.com is a thorough source for this information.
  • Provide the MLS numbers of the properties that you would like to view at the time of sign up so that your assigned real estate agent will be prepared to discuss information with you pertaining to those properties.

Viewing Homes

Your network real estate agent will contact the selling agent to set up a showing.  Note:  It is important to identify yourself as a customer of your assigned network real estate agent.  If you misrepresent yourself, your agent will not receive any commission thus no rebate.

Make an Offer

  • Get pre-approved financing through a bank or mortgage lender so that you'll be prepared to make offers. Sellers are much more responsive when they know you are a pre-qualified buyer.
  • When you are ready to make an offer, contact your network real estate agent to discuss the price and terms of your offer or you can complete a proposal offer that will be forwarded to your network real estate agent.
  • They will contact you to verify, discuss and prepare all of the necessary paperwork before presenting your offer to the seller.  Your network real estate agent will negotiate to get you the best deal possible.

Closing and Rebate

  • Once your offer has been accepted by the seller, your network real estate agent will help you coordinate the closing and complete the transaction.
  • You can specify if you want your refund applied to your closing cost, or you can request a rebate check at closing.
  • Congratulations!
