Buying a Home

When you register here to buy a home an experienced real estate agent within our network and in the area that you will be purchasing will contact you. They will answer any additional questions you may have and start the process. After you've found a home you're interested in buying, your agent will write your offer, help negotiate counteroffers, get an acceptance of contract, complete legal forms and schedule your closing.

As you complete your purchase your agent will typically receive a 3% commission from the home sales transaction paid by the seller.

Your agent will then give you half (50%) of their commission at closing, either in the form of a rebate check or credit towards closing costs.

There are no catches and you never pay any commission to us!

How it Works

Here is an example for the purchase of a $300,000 home assuming a 3% buyer's agent's commission:
The rebate is derived from a 6% commission that is paid by the seller in a home sales transaction.

When you register to buy a home through one of our network of experienced real estate agents, 3% of that 6% commission will be received by your buyer's agent.

They will then pay you half (50%) of their commission.
