- Experience: You must have completed 12+ transactions in the areas where you work.
- Customer service: We send surveys to our buyers and sellers to rate and comment on our agents. We use this information to monitor customer agent relations ensuring excellent customer service throughout our network of affiliates.
Referral Fee
- You pay us only when a closing occurs. Our referral fee is 25% of the of the brokers net commission before splits with agents.
